Covid-19 Protocol:

We will be operating under the current guidelines as set forth by government health officials. The entire event is outdoors, we will use small groups of 10, self transportation, social distancing, temperature checks daily and other sanitation protocol. We will provide a custom E3 Buff headband-facemask for all. Detailed protocol instructions will be sent to each participant prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a NO REFUND, DEFERRAL OR TRANSFER POLICY. It is very expensive and time consuming to organize and produce a trail running event. Most costs (swag, insurance, application and permit fees, emergency services, preparation time, etc.) have been incurred well in advance. Even a small percentage of runners requesting refunds, deferrals or transfers would be prohibitive. Thank you for your understanding.
